It sits next to the beach side town of Englewood. Providing access to the area is the International airport of Tampa only 94 miles North on the I 75 and Forte Myers around 45 minutes South.

Englewood is blessed with miles of white sandy beaches for strolling, enjoying the sun, nature watching, or just relaxing and taking in sea birds, even eagles, dolphins and more.

To the North of Englewood you will find MANASOTA, key to the South Boca Grand. All within an easy 10 to 15 minutes of the villa.

Rotonda is a beautiful area with lots of gorgeous homes built there looking out on to golf courses, woodland and lakeland area which is home to wild life like birds, raccoons, alligators, bobcats and armadillos to name just a few. With good beaches, wild life, golf and shopping malls with in 10 minutes, our holiday villa is ideally situated for all.
